RTB House seeks a mid-level Field Marketing Manager with 4+ years experience in field marketing or event management, preferably in ad tech or SaaS. The role involves leading strategic event execution including large industry conferences and bespoke executive events, managing partner marketing initiatives, overseeing budgets, and reporting on event ROI. Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills are required, along with proficiency in CRM and ROI tools. The position offers flexible remote, hybrid, or in-office work options and a salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 base pay.
What you'll do
- Lead planning and execution of participation in large-scale industry conferences and proprietary events
- Own regional field marketing strategy and annual event plan
- Design and manage bespoke hosted events for C-suite and VP-level prospects and clients
