Full job description

Nexxen is seeking an Experiential Marketing Coordinator to join the Marketing & Communications team in New York City or Los Angeles City. This full-time, mid-level role supports planning, orchestration, and optimization of North American experiential marketing initiatives across industry, regional, and owned events. The position reports to the Experiential Marketing Manager and requires a hybrid work model with 3 days in office. Responsibilities include maintaining event calendars, tracking milestones via Monday.com, coordinating brand and promotional assets, managing social media event promotion, researching event partners and venues, facilitating event registration, providing on-site event support, managing swag and client gifting, building HubSpot forms and landing pages, tracking expenses, and supporting international marketing teams. Requirements include 2-3 years event coordination experience, strong communication and project management skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, Monday.com, and HubSpot (preferred), experience with promotional marketing channels, and limited U.S. travel. Salary range is $65,000 - $75,000 annually. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, disability insurance, 401(k), EAP, parental leave, unlimited vacation, and company-paid holidays.

What you'll do

  • Maintain annual event calendar and circulate to cross-functional colleagues
  • Track event requirements, milestones, and deadlines using Monday.com
  • Coordinate requests for event brand, promotional, and communications assets
  • Manage social media scheduling and asset curation for event promotion
  • Research new event partners, marketing vendors, and venues
  • Facilitate event registration and attendance for internal colleagues and external clients/partners
  • Provide on-site support at select events
  • Manage branded swag, merchandising, and client gifting initiatives
  • Partner with Digital team to build HubSpot forms and landing pages for event leads and RSVPs
  • Track experiential expenses and submit monthly reports to Finance
  • Assist with ad hoc event planning, logistics, and team support tasks
  • Support international experiential marketing managers in UK and Australia as needed

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in coordinating corporate/industry events
  • Strong communication skills
  • Proven project management skills with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and autonomously
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional colleagues
  • Positive, solutions-focused disposition
  • Experience with promotional marketing across email, social media, and digital advertising
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
  • Experience with project management tools like Monday.com
  • Experience with marketing/CRM platforms like HubSpot is a plus
  • Intellectual curiosity to learn about ad tech industry
  • Limited travel to U.S. events may be required
