Fullstack Engineer role on Demand R&D team in Tel Aviv. Build Taboola’s recommendation products including backend services and frontend ad formats. Develop features end-to-end across stack, focusing on high-scale backend services and innovative ad formats. Use AI coding tools daily. Requirements: 3+ years fullstack development experience, Java or equivalent server-side experience, knowledge of JavaScript, CSS, HTML, React/TypeScript advantage, database experience, BSc in Computer Science or equivalent. Bonus: web fundamentals, distributed backend systems, cross-browser/device support, AI agents development, advanced JavaScript concepts, familiarity with Web Components, Lighthouse, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes, BigQuery, MySQL, Grafana, Agile, CI/CD, DevOps, TDD, SCRUM. Responsibilities include designing, developing, testing, deploying, and maintaining backend and frontend features, collaborating with Product, Data, UX teams, and making data-driven decisions based on performance metrics.
