Full job description Xapads Media is hiring an Executive – Taxation to support day-to-day tax operations and compliance with Indian tax regulations including GST, TDS, and Income Tax. The role involves preparing and filing tax returns, reconciling Input Tax Credit, maintaining tax records, supporting audits and litigations, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Commerce or Finance, or CA Inter/IPCC qualification, with 3-4 years of relevant Indian taxation experience. Proficiency in GST Portal, TRACES, Income Tax Portal, Computax, CompuTDS, CompuGST, and advanced Excel skills are required. The position is full-time and on-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Maintain tax documentation, acknowledgments, notice files, and track statutory compliance calendar
Prepare and verify calculations, workings, and schedules for GST, TDS, and Income Tax compliance
Execute timely filings of GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9/9C, and quarterly TDS returns
Perform monthly GSTR-2B and ITC reconciliations against general ledger entries
Maintain and reconcile TDS deduction worksheets, vendor records, and tax deposition entries
Prepare tax-related MIS reports, schedules, and supporting documentation for internal review
Compile documentation and reconciliation data for statutory and tax audits
Assist in gathering data and submissions for GST, TDS, and Income Tax notices or litigations
Maintain structured records of tax submissions, return acknowledgments, tax notices, and correspondence
Operate government tax portals and tax compliance software for routine activities
Coordinate with internal finance colleagues, auditors, and external tax consultants on tax requirements Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com)/Master’s degree (M.Com)/ MBA in Finance, or CA Inter / CA IPCC qualification 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Indian taxation, specifically GST, TDS, and Income Tax operations Practical hands-on experience operating the GST Portal, TRACES, and the Income Tax Portal Direct working knowledge of Computax, CompuTDS and CompuGST software Command of MS Excel or Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and data reconciliation techniques Strong attention to detail, analytical ability, and systematic record-keeping capabilities Clear professional communication skills to work effectively with internal teams, external consultants, and statutory auditors Tech stack GST Portal TRACES Income Tax Portal Computax CompuTDS CompuGST MS Excel Google Sheets
