Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; relevant professional certifications are a plus
3–5+ years of high-level executive support, with proven success supporting C-suite leadership (technology industry experience strongly preferred)
Demonstrated success managing complex projects and high task volumes independently while anticipating risks before they arise
Proven ability to make informed, high-judgment decisions regarding executive priorities, calendar trade-offs, and time management
Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with the ability to quickly master new digital productivity tools
Ability to manage high-volume projects independently, proactively anticipating requirements, mitigating risks, and executing with minimal oversight
Exceptional organizational skills paired with a strong sense of urgency to adapt swiftly and maintain follow-through in fast-paced environments
