Contract Event Operations Manager role (3 months, 30 hours/week) focused on event operations and event production. Responsibilities include managing event registration platforms like Zuddl, designing registration flows and ticket structures, overseeing attendee data management and reporting, collaborating cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, Revenue, and Production teams, assisting with event planning and vendor management, budget tracking, and project management. Requires 3+ years experience in event or marketing operations or commercial event production, expertise with event registration systems, strong operational mindset, cross-functional collaboration skills, stakeholder management, and adaptability in fast-paced environments. Hybrid work arrangement based in New York, NY. Salary range $50 to $65 USD per hour.
