Full job description

Basis Technologies is hiring a Client Director for enterprise sales across North America. This senior full-time role involves owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing new enterprise logos, focusing on complex, consultative sales within the SAP ecosystem. The candidate will develop and execute territory and industry plans, collaborate with internal teams (pre-sales, marketing, BDR), and maintain accurate Salesforce data. Requirements include experience selling complex technical solutions to enterprises, opening new logos, strong sales methodology, ERP or enterprise software knowledge, and ability to work in fast-paced environments. Experience in the SAP ecosystem and relevant verticals is desirable. What you'll do

  • Drive the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting through to close
  • Own territory and industry plan, accountable for pipeline and quota
  • Prospect and close new enterprise logos, creating demand from cold
  • Leverage SAP ecosystem including SAP account teams, system integrators, user groups, and partner events
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and BDR teams to build pipeline and coordinate account-based programs
  • Maintain accurate Salesforce records and provide honest weekly reporting
  • Stay knowledgeable on product and SAP market through regular training

Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience selling complex technical solutions into enterprise organisations: multi-stakeholder, multi-month, high-value
  • A track record of opening new logos: not just managing or growing existing accounts
  • A strong, repeatable sales methodology: ability to approach discovery, qualification, multi-threading, and value generation clearly
  • Experience in ERP, enterprise software, or adjacent technology
  • Ability to operate with composure in a fast-moving, changing environment
  • Cross-functional fluency: ability to work with pre-sales, marketing, and leadership effectively
  • Desirable: experience in the SAP ecosystem
  • Desirable: experience selling into Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Retail, Public Sector, or Aerospace & Defence
  • Desirable: experience working at an SAP ISV, Solex partner, or in the broader SAP third-party software market
  • Experience in a start-up or scale-up environment preferred
