Full job description

Seeking a mid-level Advertising Sales & Account Management professional with 3+ years experience in digital marketing and client-facing roles. Candidate must have experience managing premium media agency clients, knowledge of KPI-based campaign management, and understanding of Ad Tech and media agency landscape. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, driving growth through upselling and cross-selling, providing strategic insights via data analysis, collaborating with teams, consulting clients on best practices, overseeing campaign management, and leading business reviews. What you'll do

  • Manage a strategic book of business and portfolio by prioritizing clients based on potential
  • Drive growth through upselling, cross-selling, and proactive outreach to expand international accounts and launch new product features
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage client portfolio to grow accounts
  • Provide strategic account insights by analyzing data and creating custom reports
  • Collaborate across the team to achieve client goals, strengthen relationships, and grow partnerships
  • Act as a proactive consultant to ensure clients follow best practices and maximize success on the platform
  • Work closely with clients to help them understand and optimize campaigns, hit goals, and scale accounts
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign management including technical implementations and coordination with ad ops
  • Lead face-to-face quarterly business reviews and meetings with stakeholders including c-level executives
  • Organize lunch and learn sessions to educate clients and accelerate growth

Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a results-driven customer-facing role in digital marketing
  • Experience in dealing with and managing premium media agency clients
  • Knowledge of KPI based campaign/client management and optimization of campaigns towards hitting ROI and CPA targets
  • Understanding of the Ad Tech industry and the Media Agencies landscape
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients, including prioritization and growing accounts according to potential
  • Strong analytical skills, monitoring and identification of trends in data and generation of actionable insight and reports
  • Outstanding relationship management and customer-facing skills
  • Excellent technological skills and ability to quickly learn technical aspects of campaign implementation and optimization
  • Willingness to travel for business
  • Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
