Full job description
StackAdapt is seeking a mid-level Enterprise Client Services Manager to manage client relationships, drive platform adoption, oversee campaign management, and identify account expansion opportunities for large B2B Enterprise clients. The role involves working closely with Account Executives and Ad Operations Specialists to maximize campaign ROI. Responsibilities include managing client portfolios, leading RFP processes, driving up-sells, designing campaign strategies, ensuring campaign success through reporting and optimizations, client mapping, campaign setup and trafficking on the StackAdapt DSP, and conducting meetings and presentations. Requirements include extensive programmatic and RTB expertise, experience managing multi-million dollar budgets, RFP and media planning experience, strong measurement and attribution skills, experience with large Enterprise B2B accounts, technical communication skills, and travel flexibility. What you'll do
- Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients across large B2B brands
- Work alongside Account Executives in leading the RFP process, proposals, multi-channel media plans, and presentations
- Drive up-sells of StackAdapt features and channels to existing customers
- Identify new expansion opportunities and develop tools, procedures, and reports to increase service efficiency
- Design unique campaign strategies within the StackAdapt platform
- Ensure client campaigns are successful by providing regular reporting and strategic optimizations
- Deep client mapping and account planning expertise
- Set up/traffic advertising campaigns on the StackAdapt DSP, including third party tag implementation and pixel creation/troubleshooting
- Optimize campaigns and recommend new opportunities by analyzing campaign performance regularly
- Conduct in-person and virtual meetings, presentations, Quarterly Business Reviews and training/education
Requirements
- Extensive Real Time Bidding/programmatic expertise (DSP, Ad Network)
- Proven success in managing client relationships and skilled up-selling to unlock new revenue streams
- Experience working with multi-million ($10M+) dollar budgets
- Experience in the RFP process; putting together proposals and multi-channel media plans
- Strong experience with measurement, attribution, incrementality, and conversion journey story-telling
- Preferred experience managing Large, Enterprise B2B accounts
- Ability to grasp and communicate technical concepts and platform-based knowledge
- Flexibility to travel to meet with clients within their region
