Engineering Program Manager role responsible for managing projects and programs in product-facing R&D teams delivering advertising solutions. Responsibilities include collaborating with product, engineering, and operations teams to launch and evolve products, driving complex cross-functional projects, identifying dependencies and risks, aligning priorities with technical leads, ensuring timely and quality delivery, managing risks, assisting team transformation, and influencing organizational change. Requirements include a BS/MS in Software Engineering or related field, minimum 4 years software engineering experience, strong project management skills, ability to communicate with technical and non-technical audiences, ownership of project cycles, problem-solving and influencing skills, resource balancing experience, attention to detail, and good English communication. The position is full-time, mid to senior level, with a hybrid working model. Locations include Paris and Grenoble in France, and Bucharest in Romania.
