Requirements
Proven experience guiding and supporting software engineers as a manager, team lead, or mentor; OR significant experience as a senior/principal engineer working autonomously in remote/distributed setups with a strong desire to transition into formal management
Strong understanding of modern web ecosystems, comfortably navigating across front-end systems (TypeScript, Angular, or React) and backend setups (Node.js, Scala, or similar)
Fluent English with strong active listening skills, empathy, and a highly collaborative approach to problem-solving
Right to work in Slovenia (Ljubljana-based hybrid setup)
