Engagement Manager

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of project planning, preparation, and execution
• Oversee end-to-end project delivery ensuring timelines, budget, and quality standards are met
• Allocate tasks effectively to project team members
• Identify and manage risks and issues proactively
• Lead and coordinate project teams across departments
• Develop essential project documentation such as Project Plans, Status Reports, and Risk Logs
• Monitor and support delivery of development tasks ensuring alignment with client requirements
• Guide and advise on technical design and implementation
• Ensure adherence to good design principles and technical quality standards
• Provide regular progress reports to management
• Manage changes in project scope and ensure smooth adaptation
• Manage project handover to customer or support teams
• Provide line management support, mentoring, and coaching to junior Engagement Managers
• Lead internal initiatives to improve Salesforce implementation methodology

Requirements

• Experience leading medium to large-scale Salesforce implementations
• Ability to manage end-to-end enterprise-level projects
• Strong client relationship management skills
