Full job description
Engagement Lead responsible for end-to-end client engagement, delivery excellence, relationship growth, and commercial accountability. Requires senior client-facing experience with technology, data, or martech services. Must lead cross-functional teams and be fluent in data and marketing technology platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, Adobe CX Enterprise, Salesforce Data Cloud, and Braze. Requires 6+ years client delivery experience including 2+ years in senior roles. Strong communication, critical thinking, and AI tool usage expected. Contract role, remote in Maryland, with hourly pay $55-$62. Benefits include paid holidays and sick time per company policy.
