Ogury is seeking a People and Culture Intern for 12 months based in Barcelona. Reporting to the Senior Director for Culture and Learning, the intern will support internal communications, employee engagement, performance management coordination, and employer branding. Responsibilities include managing internal communication channels, creating content, administering employee surveys, coordinating recognition programs, and supporting performance review cycles. Candidates should be enrolled or recently graduated in HR, Psychology, Organizational Development, Communications or related fields, fluent in English, interested in AI tools, organized, with strong communication skills and a proactive mindset. Prior internship or coordination experience in HR or communications is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort with data is required. The role offers a hybrid working model with three days in office per week and benefits including holiday allowance and health resources.
