Admitted to practice in New York or the ability to register as In-House Counsel in New York
International employment law experience a plus
Able to work effectively and collaboratively with high personal interaction in the office
Proactive, independent, and reliable under tight timeframes in a fast-paced environment
Exhibit excellent judgment, superior leadership, and strong problem-solving skills
Highly collaborative with ability to build relationships across teams and functions
Effective communicator who can explain complex legal concepts to non-lawyers and provide practical legal advice
Comfortable operating in ambiguity and delving into detail including hands-on drafting and follow-through
