Full job description

Develop and execute employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels. Manage employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms. Create employer branding content with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders. Plan internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and culture. Support internal communication campaigns reinforcing employee value proposition. Coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities. Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles ensuring excellent candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract talent. Track employer branding and recruitment metrics and provide insights for improvement. Requires 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding, experience managing LinkedIn and Glassdoor platforms, end-to-end recruitment experience, understanding of HR processes, strong project and stakeholder management skills, and excellent communication skills. Create engaging employer branding content in collaboration with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders
Plan and deliver internal employer branding initiatives that strengthen employee engagement and company culture
Support internal communication campaigns that reinforce the employee value proposition (EVP)
Plan and coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for selected roles, ensuring an excellent candidate experience
Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract high-quality talent
Track employer branding and recruitment metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

Requirements

4+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Employer Branding, or a combination of both
Proven experience developing and executing employer branding initiatives across multiple channels
Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other employer branding platforms
Experience in end-to-end recruitment and candidate relationship management
Good understanding of HR processes, employee lifecycle, and internal mobility programs
Experience creating engaging communication and branding content for internal and external audiences
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
