Full job description

Develop and execute employer branding strategy across digital and offline channels. Manage and optimize employer brand presence on LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and other platforms. Create employer branding content with HR, Marketing, and business stakeholders. Plan internal employer branding initiatives to strengthen employee engagement and culture. Support internal communication campaigns reinforcing the employee value proposition. Coordinate employer branding campaigns for recruitment events and talent communities. Manage end-to-end recruitment for selected roles ensuring excellent candidate experience. Partner with hiring managers to identify hiring needs and attract talent. Track employer branding and recruitment metrics to provide insights and recommendations. Requires 4+ years experience in Talent Acquisition or Employer Branding, experience with LinkedIn and Glassdoor platforms, recruitment and candidate management, understanding of HR processes, strong project and stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.
