Full job description
Seeking a Director of Software Engineering to lead development of a modern Integration Platform for data ingestion, transformation, and loading into People Cloud Platform. Requires 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years leadership, expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud-native microservices, data integration, and multi-cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, GCP). Responsibilities include architecting data pipelines, building scalable connector frameworks, backend and frontend development oversight, cross-team collaboration, and implementing CI/CD and deployment strategies. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Workday, Marketo, Google Ads, Segment, Snowflake integrations, Databricks, Spark, and AI-assisted development.
