Full job description

Director of Software Engineering to lead development of a modern Integration Platform ingesting, transforming, and loading data into People Cloud Platform. Responsibilities include architecting data ingestion pipelines using Databricks, Spark, and custom ETL; building scalable connector frameworks; backend development with Java/Spring Boot; frontend oversight with Angular; collaborating with product, data, and cloud teams; ensuring multi-cloud compatibility (AWS, Azure, GCP); implementing CI/CD and blue-green deployments; leading and mentoring engineering teams; contributing to architecture and code reviews. Requires 10+ years software engineering experience, 5+ years leadership, expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, cloud-native microservices, data integration, Angular, multi-cloud deployment, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD. Preferred experience with Salesforce, Workday, Marketo, Google Ads, Segment, Snowflake, Databricks, Spark, RAG architectures, Agentic AI, and AI-assisted development.
