Full job description
Director, Sales Operations responsible for managing systems, data, and processes driving revenue growth globally. Reports to VP of Sales Strategy and Operations. Manages Salesforce configurations, revenue reporting, forecasting, sales planning, performance analysis, incentive compensation inputs, sales process definitions, and onboarding/training. Requires 8+ years in sales operations or related fields, deep Salesforce expertise, forecasting and sales planning experience, advanced Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools knowledge, strong sales compensation understanding, excellent communication skills, and preferred ad tech/digital media/SaaS background. Offers competitive salary ($174,000 - $210,500), 401(k) match, bonus/commission/stock incentives, and flexible hybrid work environment within commutable distance to office.
What you'll do
- Partner with the Salesforce owner to manage CRM configuration, data models, and workflows to align with GTM rules
- Own the revenue reporting suite (pipeline, bookings, forecasts) and lead forecasting cadences with Sales leadership and Finance
