Full job description

Manage existing and new accounts in Financial Services and Insurance markets. Serve as main contact for assigned accounts, growing revenue and new logos. Develop and present client-centric marketing solutions using data assets across channels including email, direct mail, online, and advanced TV. Maintain knowledge of data assets, USPS List Hygiene, digital solutions, omni-channel marketing, and Salesforce.com. Stay updated on industry trends and market opportunities. Build and maintain client and partner relationships. Understand client goals and manage budget, timeline, and scope expectations. Develop territory plans and key account strategies. Deliver presentations, proposals, and forecasts to senior decision-makers. Negotiate contracts and collaborate with technical and production teams. Partner with marketing to execute campaigns. Manage marketing program functions including revenue, accounting, and reporting. Provide feedback to improve sales cycles and client satisfaction. Maintain professionalism and ethical standards. Requires 10+ years in data industry, strong analytical and communication skills, experience in business development, omni-channel data sales, Salesforce.com, and selling to Financial Services and Insurance accounts. Bachelor’s or MBA preferred.

What you'll do

  • Manage existing book of accounts and new customers in Financial Services and Insurance markets
  • Serve as main point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Grow revenue on existing accounts and new logos
  • Identify, develop, and present client-centric marketing solutions leveraging data assets across activation channels (email, direct mail, online, advanced TV)
  • Possess in-depth knowledge of data assets, USPS List Hygiene, digital solutions, omni-channel marketing, and Salesforce.com
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market opportunities
  • Articulate company’s unified story and recommend data-driven solutions
  • Build and maintain strong client and partner relationships
  • Understand client business goals and manage expectations on budget, timeline, and scope
  • Develop and execute territory plans, gap analyses, and key account strategies
  • Create and deliver presentations, proposals, and forecasts to senior decision-makers
  • Negotiate contracts and collaborate with technical teams
  • Coordinate with production teams to ensure project execution and quality
  • Partner with marketing to plan and execute campaigns
  • Manage daily marketing program functions including revenue processes, accounting, and reporting
  • Provide feedback to sales and leadership to improve sales cycles, brand reputation, and client satisfaction
  • Represent company with professionalism and maintain high ethical standards

Requirements

  • 10+ years’ experience in the data industry
  • Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail
