Remerge is seeking a Director of Revenue Operations to lead and develop a high-performing team, drive cross-functional commercial change, and deliver measurable business impact. Responsibilities include owning the RevOps portfolio, leading problem-solving initiatives, managing incentives and operating models, partnering with senior stakeholders, and overseeing core RevOps operations such as reporting and CRM data quality. Requirements include significant leadership experience, a track record of delivering organizational change, strong analytical skills, experience with senior stakeholders, and a background in B2B environments like RevOps or commercial strategy. Experience with Salesforce, commercial operations, Ad Tech, or SaaS is a plus.
