Full job description

The Director, Retail Media & Programmatic (Sales & Growth Lead) is responsible for building strong client partnerships, accelerating revenue expansion, and providing outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. The role supports data and technology initiatives and reports to the Senior Vice President. Responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships to grow revenue, developing tailored client solutions, building long-term client relationships, leading a high-performing team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and embodying company values. Requirements include 7+ years in sales and marketing with client management success, deep programmatic media expertise, strategic problem-solving skills, consultative selling, data-driven marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, and a proactive growth mindset. Requirements

  • 7+ years of professional experience in sales and marketing with demonstrated success in client management
  • Deep programmatic media expertise with retail media experience a plus
  • Strategic problem solver who can translate client objectives into actionable plans
  • Consultative seller with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Data-driven marketer with deep understanding of marketing program building, execution, and measurement
  • Adept negotiator skilled at securing mutually beneficial outcomes
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach identifying opportunities for growth and innovation
