Full job description
Director of Expert Services, Retail Media role responsible for leading the Expert Services team, setting quality standards, shaping strategy, supporting strategic accounts, leading pitches and thought leadership, hiring and coaching staff, and influencing senior stakeholders. Requires senior retail media leadership experience managing enterprise clients, commercial acumen, executive presence, independent judgement, and strong communication skills. Deep knowledge of Amazon and Walmart retail media platforms, AMC and measurement, retail media ecosystem, and advanced use of generative AI tools like Claude. Preferred agency-side background and breadth across other retail media networks. US-based with ability to travel. Hybrid work model. Salary range $120,000-140,000 plus bonus eligibility.

- Act as trusted deputy to the Expert Services leader, representing function priorities and upholding quality standards
- Shape Expert Services strategy including service model, coverage, capacity, packaging, and AI usage
