Full job description

Director, Publisher Partnerships, Mid Market responsible for developing and growing partnerships with Preferred Publishers across Omni channels (CTV, video, display, web, mobile app) to maximize programmatic revenue. Accountable for quarterly revenue targets and exceeding Publisher expectations. Requires 5-8 years client-facing experience in ad tech, strong programmatic ecosystem knowledge, and ability to manage strategic accounts. Role involves account management, strategy development, cross-functional collaboration, and mentoring. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). What you'll do

  • Manage a portfolio of high-spend and high-potential Mid Market supply partners across Omni channels
  • Build and execute multi-quarter account plans to drive revenue growth and expand footprint across all formats
  • Leverage analytical skills and programmatic expertise to shape publisher monetization strategy
  • Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets while delivering exceptional partner experience
  • Develop fluency in technical aspects of ad serving and SSP functionality across Omni formats
  • Partner with publishers on strategic goals and mobilize internal teams to advance initiatives
  • Facilitate demand generation by partnering with internal and external buy-side teams
  • Collaborate with VP, Customer Success on long-term Omni strategy
  • Expand access to new inventory from existing clients and identify new partnership opportunities
  • Work cross-functionally with specialists, engineers, and product teams to build business plans
  • Engage with emerging technologies and bring creative solutions to clients
  • Proactively mentor peers to elevate team skills and contribute to overall team performance

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 5–8 years of experience in a client-facing role such as publisher partnerships, customer success, or strategic consulting within ad tech
  • Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem across Omni channels including CTV, video, display, web, and mobile app
  • Experience working with or for publishers in a programmatic capacity with demonstrated ability to drive revenue growth
  • Solid knowledge of RTB, PMP, and header bidding/wrapper solutions across formats
  • Familiarity with various ad serving platforms and ad formats across the Omni landscape
  • Understanding of buy-side dynamics and buying patterns in a programmatic environment
  • Experience with alternative integrations such as oRTB is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage multiple strategic accounts and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
