Full job description
The Director, Loyalty and Promotions Strategy will lead the design of interactive loyalty programs to build strong consumer relationships. Responsibilities include leading consulting engagements, defining loyalty and retention strategies, using data to inform business cases, collaborating across teams, and maintaining expertise in loyalty trends. Requires 7+ years in strategic roles related to loyalty marketing, customer engagement, and CRM, strong analytical and communication skills, and leadership ability. Salary range $113,000-$145,000. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, life insurance, disability insurance, 401k, paid time off, holidays, sick leave, and parental leave. Remote candidates in the continental US are welcome.
