The Director, Programmatic Media (Sales & Growth Lead) is responsible for building strong client partnerships to accelerate revenue expansion and provide outstanding client experiences across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. This role supports data and technology initiatives and requires strategic problem solving, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering effective solutions. Responsibilities include forging strategic partnerships for revenue growth, developing tailored client solutions, building long-term client relationships, cultivating a high-performing team, driving cross-functional collaboration, and embodying company values. Requirements include 7+ years in sales and marketing with client management success, managing $5-10MM+ revenue portfolios, deep programmatic media expertise, strategic problem solving, consultative selling, data-driven marketing knowledge, negotiation skills, and self-motivation. The role is based in Chicago or New York City. Salary range is $120,000 to $180,000 annually.
