The Director, Programmatic Media (Sales & Growth Lead) is responsible for building strong client partnerships, accelerating revenue expansion, and supporting data and technology initiatives across Epsilon's media and retail media practices. The role requires strategic problem solving, strong leadership, and a passion for delivering effective client solutions. Key responsibilities include increasing client revenue, enhancing client satisfaction, building long-term client relationships, cultivating a high-performing team, and driving cross-functional collaboration. Candidates must have 7+ years of sales and marketing experience, proven success managing $5-10MM+ revenue portfolios, deep programmatic media expertise, strong communication and negotiation skills, and be located in Irving, Chicago, or New York City.
