The Director, Product & Solutions Marketing leads GumGum's go-to-market marketing function, reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing. This role combines product and solutions marketing responsibilities to create consistent sales messaging, lead product launches, and develop GTM strategies. The position involves partnering with Product, Sales, Client Services, and Marketing teams, managing and coaching a team of marketers, and overseeing sales enablement materials and training. Requires 8+ years in product/solutions marketing with 3+ years managing marketers, strong communication skills, and experience in ad tech or related fields. The role offers a hybrid work environment with a preference for candidates within commutable distance to the New York office. Salary range is $174,000 - $210,500 annually plus benefits including 401(k) and potential bonuses.
