The Director, Product & Solutions Marketing leads GumGum's go-to-market marketing function, reporting to the SVP, Global Marketing. This role combines product and solutions marketing to create consistent sales messaging and provide programs, materials, and training for commercial teams. Responsibilities include leading product launches, guiding portfolio strategy, partnering on product roadmap prioritization, packaging solutions for campaigns, managing case study pipeline, overseeing sales enablement content and tools, shaping training programs, and coaching a marketing team. Requires 8+ years in product/solutions marketing with 3+ years managing marketers, strong communication skills, experience in field enablement, and preferably background in ad tech or agency advertising strategy. The role offers a hybrid work environment with a preference for candidates within commutable distance to the office in New York. Salary range is $174,000 to $210,500 annually plus benefits including 401(k) match and potential bonuses or stock incentives.
