Full job description

Digital Turbine seeks a Director of Product Marketing to lead and scale the Product Marketing function. The role involves leading a team of Product Marketing Managers, establishing best practices, shaping product positioning and messaging, driving go-to-market strategy, and developing sales enablement materials. The Director partners with Product, Sales, and Marketing leadership to ensure consistent messaging and successful commercialization of products. Requirements include 10+ years in product marketing (preferably in ad tech, mobile platforms, or digital media), 3-5 years managing teams, strong sales enablement and documentation experience, and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders. Salary range is $225,000-280,000 plus benefits including equity, unlimited PTO, and performance bonuses. The position is hybrid and local candidates in New York, London, or Austin will be considered.

What you'll do

  • Lead and develop a team of Product Marketing Managers, providing coaching, structure, and operational discipline
  • Establish best practices for the Product Marketing function across positioning, launches, enablement, and documentation
  • Build clear operating models between Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure consistent go-to-market execution
  • Define and maintain clear messaging and positioning frameworks across DT’s platform and solutions
  • Translate complex advertising technology and mobile ecosystem dynamics into compelling value propositions for customers
  • Ensure consistency of messaging across sales materials, marketing content, and external communications
  • Partner with Product leadership to shape commercialization strategy for new products and features
  • Define launch readiness frameworks and drive cross-functional coordination for product introductions
  • Ensure product marketing is embedded early in product development to represent customer and market perspectives
  • Own the development of core sales enablement materials, including decks, battlecards, solution guides, and product documentation
  • Ensure global sales teams have clear, up-to-date materials that support effective customer conversations
  • Develop scalable systems for maintaining product documentation across a rapidly evolving platform
  • Act as a strategic partner to Product, Sales, and executive leadership
  • Help shape how the organization communicates product value both internally and externally

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in advertising technology, mobile platforms, or digital media
  • 3–5 years managing product marketing teams
  • Strong experience building or scaling product marketing functions
  • Deep experience with sales enablement and product documentation
  • Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across product, sales, and executive leadership
  • Strong storytelling and positioning skills for complex technology platforms
