Full job description

Seeking a Director of Product Management to lead Mobile Monetization product portfolio at PubMatic. Role involves defining product strategy and roadmap, focusing on AI/ML-driven solutions for mobile app monetization. Requires 8+ years experience in AdTech and mobile app monetization, strong programmatic advertising knowledge, and technical background (CS or Engineering degree preferred). Responsibilities include cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, execution oversight, KPI tracking, and some travel. Hybrid work schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). What you'll do

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for Mobile Monetization
  • Drive roadmap of ML products to improve mobile app monetization
  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize monetization
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts for insights
  • Build relationships with key industry peers in mobile app monetization
  • Oversee execution of product roadmap initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech and Mobile App monetization
  • Strong preference for programmatic advertising expertise
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • Experience with real-time data processing and AI/ML applications in AdTech
  • Knowledge of RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment methodologies
  • Ability to identify new monetization opportunities leveraging cross-functional insights
  • Strong leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills and experience in customer-facing engagements
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
  • Prior work in mobile DSP or mobile performance advertising is a plus
