Full job description

Seeking a Director of Product Management to lead Mobile Monetization product portfolio at PubMatic. Role involves defining product strategy, roadmap, and execution for monetization products in mobile app ecosystem. Requires 8+ years in AdTech and mobile app monetization with programmatic advertising expertise. Responsibilities include driving AI/ML solutions, cross-functional collaboration, customer engagement, and overseeing product delivery. Requires strong technical background, leadership, communication skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities. Hybrid work model with some travel required. What you'll do

  • Define product strategy and roadmap for Mobile Monetization
  • Drive roadmap of ML products to improve mobile app monetization
  • Identify and implement AI/ML-driven solutions to optimize monetization
  • Collaborate with engineering, data science, sales, and marketing teams
  • Engage with customers, stakeholders, and industry experts for insights
  • Build relationships with key industry peers in mobile app monetization
  • Oversee execution of product roadmap initiatives
  • Define and track KPIs to measure product success
  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience in AdTech and Mobile App monetization
  • Strong preference for programmatic advertising expertise
  • B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science or Engineering preferred
  • Experience with real-time data processing, AI/ML applications in AdTech, and large-scale bid stream signal management
  • Deep understanding of RTB, DSPs, SSPs, and data enrichment methodologies
  • Ability to identify new monetization opportunities by bridging cross-functional insights and leveraging engineering capabilities
  • Strong leadership, judgment, planning, and decision-making skills
  • Exceptional communication skills with customer-facing engagement experience
  • Ability to manage multiple strategic priorities simultaneously
  • Prior work in mobile DSP or mobile performance advertising is a plus
