Full job description

Lead the observability program and related product areas including business intelligence, agentic analysis, and workflow automation. Own strategy, roadmap, and outcomes. Identify and prioritize high-impact use cases. Prototype solutions using SQL, notebooks, agent frameworks, and automation tools. Define production processes including data foundations, evaluation, guardrails, monitoring, and adoption. Collaborate with Engineering and Analytics teams to build and ship products. Set and report adoption and impact metrics to leadership. Manage and develop a small team of product managers and analysts. Requires 8+ years product management experience at Director level, experience shipping data/analytics/BI products, hands-on experience with LLM or agentic systems, strong SQL and Python skills, and fluency with large-scale data stacks. Preferred experience includes ad tech, observability products, forward-deployed engineering, data science, or consulting. Role is full-time, hybrid in Redwood City, CA.
