Director, Product Management role leading product strategy and execution for Reporting & Measurement within Epsilon’s Campaign Diversity team. Responsible for evolving reporting and measurement capabilities to deliver faster, clearer, and more aligned campaign results. Focus areas include near-real-time reporting, self-service dashboards, third-party measurement integrations, and standardizing KPI and source-of-truth logic. Requires translating needs of internal and external stakeholders into product strategy to reduce reporting friction and improve measurement credibility. Lead product lifecycle from strategy to continuous improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications include 7+ years in product roles related to reporting, measurement, attribution, or analytics in AdTech/MarTech, strong collaboration and communication skills, and experience with third-party measurement systems. BA/BS required; advanced degree or MBA preferred. Located in Chicago, Illinois. Salary range $116,400 to $216,200 annually.
