Tatari is seeking a Director of Product Management, Media Buying & Optimization to lead the product strategy and execution of AI-powered media buying and self-serve platforms for TV and CTV advertising. The role requires 8+ years in AdTech product management with expertise in streaming and programmatic CTV, 6+ years managing product teams, and strong cross-functional leadership skills. Responsibilities include setting product vision, driving AI automation, prioritizing initiatives, collaborating with engineering, data science, design, and media teams, and building a high-performing product organization. What you'll do
- Lead and scale the Product Management organization responsible for media execution and intelligence across streaming, programmatic, and direct TV
- Set a clear, unified product vision and roadmap for CTV and TV buying
- Drive industry differentiation through AI-powered automation, optimization, and intelligence
- Own prioritization across initiatives balancing customer impact, business goals, platform scalability, and technical investment
- Partner closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design to deliver reliable, high-quality platforms
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Media Buying, Media Operations, Marketing, and Go-To-Market teams
- Act as a subject-matter leader on CTV, programmatic TV, and media execution
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers
Requirements
- 8+ years of product management experience in AdTech, with deep expertise in streaming and programmatic CTV advertising; linear TV experience strongly preferred
- Strong background in programmatic platforms (DSPs), media execution, and advertising operations
- 6+ years of people management experience leading Product Managers
- Proven record of developing talent, improving team effectiveness, and delivering results through others
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives across engineering, data science, design, and media operations teams
- Exceptional communication and influencing skills
- Customer-centric with expertise in defining strong product requirements
- Proven partnership with Design for research, prototyping, and user experience decisions
- Passion for automation and AI-driven innovation with practical experience applying AI to AdTech workflows
- Pragmatic, execution-focused leadership in fast-moving environments
