illumin is hiring a Director, People and Culture reporting to the COO to shape people strategy supporting growth. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Toronto three days a week. Responsibilities include advising leaders on organizational design, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance, and change management. The role involves coaching leadership, evolving people practices, supporting change, driving employee experience, partnering with senior leadership, and leading the People & Operations team. Candidates must have 5-10 years experience in HR business partnering in technology, SaaS, digital media, or high-growth environments, strong leadership and coaching skills, strategic and operational balance, business acumen, change management experience, and excellent communication skills. Compensation ranges from $150,000 to $170,000.
