illumin is hiring a Director, People and Culture reporting to the COO to shape people strategy supporting growth. This hybrid role requires working onsite in Toronto three days a week. Responsibilities include partnering with leaders on organizational design, talent management, leadership development, employee engagement, performance, and change management. The role involves coaching leaders, evolving people practices, leading change initiatives, and driving positive employee experience. The Director will lead the People & Operations team and collaborate with senior leadership to align people strategies with business goals. Requirements include experience in HR business partnering in technology or high-growth environments, leadership coaching, strategic and operational balance, business acumen, change management, and team leadership.
