DT is seeking a Director of Tech Operations for up to 12 months to lead the TechOps pod and Tech Platform operating rhythm. The role requires leadership in sprint planning, KPI tracking, financial operations including cloud cost management, vendor contract negotiations, and cross-functional alignment with Finance, Legal, Product, and Commercial teams. The candidate must have experience in technical program management, business operations, financial discipline, and executive communication, with the ability to drive complex initiatives and represent tech leadership. Lead the TechOps pod, including sprint planning and execution, operating cadence, cycle planning, KPI tracking, reporting, prioritization, and team management

Requirements
Proven leadership role in Technical Program Management, Tech or Business Operations, consultancy or a Chief of Staff role within a fast-paced, tech-driven organization
Experience in managing cross-company processes, preferably in a tech organization
Expert in engineering financial discipline, with deep experience managing cloud budgets, CAPEX/OPEX frameworks, and leading high-stakes vendor negotiations
Excellent at driving alignment and resolving escalations across diverse departments (Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, etc)
Trusted cross-functional problem-solver capable of representing the Tech Org in complex initiatives
Experience working in a global organization and with global teams
Independent, self-learning individual with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, highly demanding, challenging work environment
