Full job description
Director of Finance role leading global financial operations including Controllership, Payroll, and Accounts Payable teams. Responsibilities include financial reporting under US GAAP, multi-jurisdictional tax strategy and compliance, treasury and risk management, vendor and AP management. Requires 7+ years financial leadership experience, preferably in global SaaS/Tech with Big 4 background. Must have expertise in US GAAP, international taxation, FX hedging, and experience integrating AI tools for process optimization. Strong leadership, analytical, and execution skills needed. Hybrid work environment based in Tel Aviv, Israel.
What you'll do
- Mentor and scale the finance team, maintaining a high-performing Controllership, Payroll, and Accounts Payable
- Own the end-to-end close process and produce timely, accurate financial statements in accordance with US GAAP
