Moloco is hiring a Director of Product Management to lead and scale the global Supply Product organization. The role involves owning the multi-year strategy, roadmap, and execution for Supply Exchange and Inventory Integrations, driving OpenRTB integrations with top-tier third-party supply partners and exchanges, and leading the General Supply strategy including exchange integrations, supply diversification, publisher onboarding, and ecosystem expansion. The candidate must have 10+ years of product management experience in programmatic adtech, deep expertise in programmatic supply ecosystem, hands-on experience with Exchange, SSP, or OpenRTB integrations, strong technical fluency, and proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. Responsibilities include defining and evangelizing supply vision, partnering with engineering teams, owning roadmap and product requirements, leading strategic execution, synthesizing supply-side data into insights, monitoring ecosystem trends, and driving partner integration strategy. The position offers a competitive salary range of $240,000 to $300,000 USD and is based in Menlo Park, New York, or Seattle with hybrid remote work options.
What you'll do
- Lead and scale global Supply Product organization
- Own multi-year strategy, roadmap, and execution for Supply Exchange & Inventory Integrations
- Drive OpenRTB integrations with top-tier third-party supply partners and exchanges
- Lead end-to-end General Supply strategy including exchange integrations, supply diversification, publisher onboarding, and ecosystem expansion
- Define and evangelize multi-year supply vision improving quality, scalability, reliability, and differentiation
- Partner with and influence 100+ engineering organization across US and Korea
- Own roadmap, PRDs, and value proposition across Exchange integrations, OpenRTB supply, supply expansion, and integration infrastructure
- Lead strategic and operational execution across engineering, data science, GTM, and regional teams
- Synthesize complex supply-side and partner data into insights for product direction and operational excellence
- Monitor ecosystem shifts and translate trends into roadmap decisions
- Drive partner integration strategy to maximize performance and differentiation
Requirements
- 10+ years of Product Management experience in programmatic adtech
- Deep expertise in programmatic supply ecosystem including ad exchanges, SSPs, OpenRTB protocols, auction mechanics, and cross-platform integration
- Extensive hands-on experience with Exchange, SSP, or OpenRTB integrations, owning partner lifecycle end-to-end
- Strong technical fluency in supply architecture, ad serving flows, bidder interactions, latency and yield optimization, and OpenRTB integration patterns
- Ability to drive cross-org alignment and influence senior stakeholders
- Experience leading complex, multi-year roadmaps in ambiguous, high-velocity environments
- Preferred: Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or related technical/analytical field
- Understanding of publisher business models and monetization needs including ad fraud and mitigation tools
- Strong market analysis skills on competitive advantages, emerging technologies, and supply-side trends
- Knowledge of Supply-Side Platforms (SSPs) functionality, architecture, and competitive landscape
- Ability to identify, negotiate, and scale strategic supply partnerships
- Expertise in Header Bidding and Server-to-Server Bidding with understanding of tradeoffs
- Familiarity with publisher-side ad servers and integration points
- Experience with integrations and partner-facing APIs for interoperability with DSPs, exchanges, ad networks, DMPs
- Knowledge of supply-side performance metrics and optimization
- Technical understanding of ad serving mechanics from request to creative rendering
