Lead and scale the Product Analytics function at Vibe, owning end-to-end project delivery, developing new analytical and statistical methods, and managing analytics tools. Collaborate cross-functionally with senior management, resolve conflicts, and drive business-wide projects. Lead hypothesis generation and ensure rigorous analysis distinguishing correlation from causation. Build and mentor a high-performing analytics team, manage knowledge sharing, and contribute to organizational development. Requirements include strong statistical skills, proficiency in SQL, experience in AdTech or similar environments, excellent communication skills, and team leadership experience. The role is full-time, hybrid based in Paris, with salary ranges €135,000-€180,000 (France) or $215,000-$295,000 (USA).
