Responsibilities include building and mentoring an AI/ML engineering team, driving innovation in conversational AI, establishing engineering standards, collaborating cross-functionally, overseeing production-grade AI system delivery, implementing MLOps best practices, and optimizing costs. Required qualifications include 10+ years software engineering experience, 3+ years leadership, hands-on AI/ML and LLM experience, proficiency in Python/Java/Scala, cloud and containerization expertise, and strong communication and strategic skills. Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or related field (PhD preferred). Location is New York, NY with hybrid work. Salary range is $153,000 - $260,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
