Full job description
Skai is seeking a Director of AI Enablement to lead an engineering and innovation group focused on integrating advanced AI technologies including GenAI, automation, and agentic workflows. The role requires 5+ years managing technical teams and 2+ years working with AI concepts. Responsibilities include defining AI strategy, leading AI projects from concept to deployment, researching AI tools, partnering with internal teams to identify AI opportunities, and driving AI adoption across the company. Candidates should have strong leadership, entrepreneurial mindset, experience scaling engineering groups, excellent communication skills, and preferably experience in global SaaS or high-tech companies. The position is full-time and hybrid based in Tel Aviv, Israel.

- Direct, mentor, and scale a high-performing group including pod leads and specialists
- Define the high-level roadmap to embed GenAI and advanced AI tooling into operations and ecosystems
