The role involves managing a team of Publisher Account Managers focused on top-grossing game developers and high-scale non-gaming publishers across the US. Responsibilities include setting strategy for revenue growth, retention, expansion, and monetization KPIs, serving as senior escalation point for strategic accounts, driving cross-sell and upsell opportunities across ad formats, collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Product, Tech Ops, and Demand teams, and representing the company at industry events. Candidates must have 10+ years in mobile advertising or ad-tech with at least 3 years leading account management teams, deep knowledge of supply-side and buy-side adtech including programmatic, SSPs, SDK integration, mediation, and auction mechanics, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills. The position is hybrid and local candidates only. Salary range is $228,000-330,000 OTE including base and commission, with benefits including stock options, unlimited PTO, and performance bonuses.

  • Hold regular team meetings, support individual growth, and drive a high-performance culture
  • Own the North America publisher revenue; set quarterly goals and hold the team accountable to retention, expansion, and monetization KPIs
  • Serve as senior point of escalation for strategic publisher accounts, engaging confidently at C-suite and VP level
  • Identify and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities across the full ad format stack and cross company initiatives including brand, performance, rewarded video, interstitials, native, banners, and emerging formats
  • Translate publisher and market feedback into evidence-backed product recommendations
  • Partner with Product on SDK, mediation, and ad format priorities
  • Liaise cross-functionally with Sales, Tech Ops, Product, and Demand teams to support publisher growth and resolve complex client challenges
  • Present team performance, strategy, and market insights clearly to senior leadership and key clients
  • Travel to and represent the company at industry events, evangelizing products as a thought leader in mobile in-app monetization and advertiser demand
