Full job description

Moloco seeks a lead communications professional to build and lead the global internal communications function. The role involves defining and executing employee communications strategy, partnering with senior leaders on change communications, designing internal communications programs, managing executive messaging, establishing communication standards, measuring effectiveness, coaching executives, and ensuring alignment across a globally distributed workforce. Candidates must have 8-10 years of strategic communications experience, strong writing and editing skills, experience with change communications, executive coaching ability, international communications experience, and AI fluency. What you'll do

  • Define and own employee communications strategy
  • Lead day-to-day global internal communications programs
  • Partner with senior leaders on change communications
  • Design and implement internal communications programs
  • Collaborate on executive messages, company announcements, town halls, and sensitive content
  • Establish channel governance and communication standards
  • Build measurement for communications effectiveness
  • Coach and prepare executives for internal communications
  • Partner with recruiting and onboarding teams on culture and values communication
  • Navigate cultural and regulatory differences across regions
  • Coordinate with Communications, Legal, and People teams for timely and accurate communications

Requirements

  • 8-10 years of strategic communications experience
  • Significant experience leading internal or employee communications at a high-growth or public company
  • Proven track record building or transforming an internal communications function
  • Exceptional writing and editing skills
  • Experience leading change communications and company-wide forums
  • Strong executive presence and coaching ability
  • International communications experience with understanding of cultural and regional differences
  • High judgment and discretion in sensitive communications
  • AI fluency and curiosity
