Full job description

Lead the creation and execution of a continuous learning talent ecosystem embedding AI fluency and functional excellence across business units. Partner with L&OD Head to build an agile, innovative organization. Responsibilities include orchestrating enterprise learning strategy, building learning culture, driving AI skills integration, partnering with business leaders for capability roadmaps, designing learning programs, curating AI-enabled pathways, managing cohort development, tracking learning analytics and ROI, collaborating with external partners, introducing new learning tools, embedding AI-first experiences, building communities of practice, and creating an internal AI champions network. Requires deep understanding of learning architecture, strategic and hands-on execution skills, strong data analytics, stakeholder influence, and a mindset of curiosity, creativity, pragmatism, and emotional intelligence. Preferred experience is 15+ years with emphasis on quality of thinking and execution excellence. Location: Bangalore, India.

What you'll do

  • Orchestrate the enterprise learning strategy into continuous execution
  • Build and scale a continuous learning culture across functions
  • Drive AI fluency and applied skills integration into all roles
  • Partner with business leaders for capability roadmaps
  • Create a north-star capability model for Product & Engineering and GTM functions
  • Design and deploy enterprise-wide learning programs and frameworks
  • Curate AI-enabled learning pathways for functional teams
  • Build and manage cohort-based development journeys
  • Track learning analytics, business metrics, and ROI
  • Partner with external learning partners, functional coaches & platforms
  • Introduce new-age learning tools, methodologies, platforms
  • Embed AI-first learning experiences across all functions
  • Build communities of practice & peer learning models
  • Create internal 'AI champions' network

Requirements

  • 15 years preferred (quality of thinking, innovation depth, and execution excellence hold higher value than tenure alone)
