DeepIntent is seeking a Director of Engineering to lead the team responsible for the AI-powered healthcare marketing platform's mobile apps (iOS and Android). The role includes engineering leadership, mobile app strategy and delivery, release and quality management, AI product benchmarking support, partnership with Product and Engineering Managers, and driving execution and engineering excellence. Candidates should have 5-7+ years of engineering management experience, expertise in mobile app development (native or cross-platform), strong understanding of mobile architecture and API design, experience with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, and strong communication skills. Exposure to AI/LLM products and healthcare data/privacy is a plus. Requirements
5–7+ years of experience in engineering management, leading cross-functional teams to deliver customer-facing products
Experience shipping and scaling iOS and Android apps, native or cross-platform
Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, client-server communication, API design, streaming and real-time UX, SSO, and app store release management
Experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate product goals into roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Experience with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, observability, and production reliability
Exposure to AI or LLM-powered products is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare data, healthcare advertising, or privacy-conscious products is a plus
