Full job description

Director, Nonprofit Client Development role leading a team of data-focused Account Executives. Responsible for exceeding sales targets, driving client success with tailored solutions, facilitating strategic collaboration, and overseeing operational and management excellence. Requires 10+ years of sales leadership experience in Nonprofit or Data sectors, expertise in media and programmatic sales, strong analytical skills, and ability to manage complex client relationships. Must have strategic consultative selling skills, experience with data-driven marketing, AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics. Role involves mentoring team members, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth. Salary range $132,000 to $198,000 annually. Locations include Chicago, IL; Westminster, CO; New York, NY; Irving, TX.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of successful sales experience driving revenue and leading client-facing teams within Nonprofit or Data sectors
  • Deep expertise in media and programmatic space
  • Strategic consultative and technical selling skills
  • Ability to create data-driven strategies across enterprise solutions
  • Trusted advisor relationships with C-level and senior management
  • Experience negotiating complex contracts
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced analytics and measurement models
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing and third-party data utilization
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and team-oriented approach
  • Ability to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
  • Experience working within large holding companies and cross-functional teams
  • Emotional intelligence and professionalism in challenging situations
