Director role focused on growing partnerships with commerce media platforms, retailers, advertisers, brands, and agencies. Responsibilities include building relationships, advancing new business opportunities, executing account strategies, advising on audience monetisation and first-party data strategy, collaborating with internal teams, and representing the company externally. Requires experience in retail or commerce media, understanding of first-party data commercialisation, strategic partnership skills, confidence with senior stakeholders, collaborative approach, commercial curiosity, and German language proficiency (C1/C2). Compensation range €150,000–€170,000. Hybrid work schedule with three days in office and two remote.
