Full job description
Head of APAC Client Services role leading and scaling a client services organization in APAC. Responsibilities include coaching leaders, driving client retention and growth, partnering with Sales on account planning, managing client relationships, streamlining workflows, ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations, and collaborating with global teams to incorporate regional feedback. Requires 10+ years in client services or account management in programmatic advertising, 5+ years senior leadership in APAC markets, deep programmatic ecosystem knowledge, DSP platform fluency, strong financial and analytical skills, and experience with automation and AI.
