The Director, Client Services, APAC leads and scales the Client Services organization in APAC, driving client retention, commercial growth, and operational excellence. The role involves managing leaders across diverse markets, partnering with Sales, Legal, and global teams to deliver client outcomes and ensure compliance with regional data privacy regulations. Requires 10+ years in client services or account management in programmatic advertising, with 5+ years in senior leadership managing teams in APAC. Must have deep programmatic ecosystem knowledge, DSP platform fluency, strong financial and analytical skills, and experience with automation and AI to improve workflows.
