Full job description

The Trade Desk is seeking a senior programmatic professional to oversee a portfolio of accounts, lead a team, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities include managing client relationships, setting and tracking portfolio goals, motivating and developing team members, advocating for client product needs, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates must have 8+ years of relevant experience including 4+ years in programmatic trading or hands-on roles, strong leadership skills, and a proven record of driving revenue growth. What you'll do

  • Provide oversight to a portfolio of accounts, participating in key client meetings while navigating relationships with senior leaders and decision makers at agencies
  • Lead the development of portfolio-specific goals based on the company’s vision and values and track progress regularly
  • Motivate and empower a team to drive consistent year-over-year account growth
  • Manage team bandwidth, deliver high-level account support and report progress against goals to management
  • Identify future leaders of the business and grow talent by developing individual strengths for career advancement
  • Know company capabilities and differentiators to help the team identify opportunities to drive revenue growth and solve business needs
  • Advocate internally with senior cross-functional stakeholders for clients’ product needs
  • Develop trusting and productive relationships with key stakeholders internally and externally
  • Maintain strong cross-functional relationships across Client Services with Sales and Trading leaders to drive effective performance
  • Communicate effectively with other functional leaders to solve business challenges, identify growth opportunities, and collaborate to improve efficiency and effectiveness

Requirements

  • 8+ years of relevant professional experience with 4+ years of programmatic experience in trading or hands-on-keyboard function
  • Experience in developing, nurturing and managing client relationships
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth with large customer accounts
  • 4+ years of strong management and leadership skills through a collaborative team approach
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, executive team and industry groups
  • Execute (and coach others to execute) timely in a fast-paced environment through effective time management and prioritization skills
  • Drive adoption and continuous improvement of Client Service processes, tools, and workflows, establishing scalable best practices and holding the team accountable to consistent execution across the organization
  • Ambition to develop personally and nurture the development of others
  • Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
  • Highly organized with a strong attention to detail
