Zeta Global is seeking a Director of Application Security to lead and architect an AI-native, agent-driven Application Security function. This hands-on leadership role focuses on embedding security intelligence into the software development lifecycle, CI/CD pipelines, and AI-powered workflows. Responsibilities include defining the Application Security vision and roadmap, designing agentic security operating models, leading threat modeling and adversarial testing, embedding security into developer tools and workflows, and fostering a security culture. Candidates should have 5-10+ years in Application Security, DevSecOps, or secure software development, strong knowledge of OWASP, cloud-native systems, API security, and familiarity with AI/ML security risks.
