Full job description

Lead and manage analytics projects collaborating with Customer Analytics and Data Sciences teams. Use tools such as SAS, R, Python, SPSS, SQL, Tableau, MicroStrategy, Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, and DMP insight tools. Perform statistical analyses including regression, ANOVA, cluster and factor analysis, and time-series forecasting. Develop marketing analytics solutions including customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, market basket analysis, product recommendations, and segmentation. Mentor junior analysts and manage project risks and deadlines. Requires a Master’s degree in a quantitative field and at least 2 years experience as a Sr. Manager Analytics. Remote work option available with up to 20% domestic travel. Salary range $167,149 to $190,500/year.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with Customer Analytics and Data Sciences teams to formulate analytic solutions
  • Contribute to validation activities such as model design, execution, assessment, data review, and campaign/marketing performance evaluation
  • Utilize statistical and digital analytics tools and statistical techniques including regression, ANOVA, cluster analysis, and factor analysis
  • Conduct time-series forecasting and manage timely delivery of marketing data/reporting and analytics insights
  • Solve business problems by making actionable recommendations and developing analytical solutions
  • Generate and manipulate digital data from media types including web, ad, email, and mobile
  • Develop, write, and present strategic marketing analytics recommendations and projects including customer profiling, lifecycle analysis, campaign test design, dashboard reporting, market basket analysis, product recommendations, and customer segmentation
  • Anticipate project risks and constraints and work on solutions
  • Lead a team to complete large analytical projects
  • Manage and mentor junior analysts
  • Conduct quantitative marketing analyses of marketing effectiveness and build customer segmentation models
  • May supervise one professional direct report in the Sr. Manager, Analytics position

Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Statistics, Math, Economics, or related quantitative field
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sr. Manager Analytics or related occupation
  • Experience with R, Python or SAS, SPSS and SQL
  • Knowledge of multi-variate statistics, logistic regression, and multiple regression
  • Experience using multi-variate data mining techniques on unstructured business problems
  • Ability to explain and present advanced analytical methodology and results to non-technical audiences
  • Experience developing, testing, and evaluating marketing analytics tools
  • Experience developing project plans, program plans, or overall roadmaps
  • Experience managing individual and team day-to-day tasks
  • Ability to meet project deadlines
  • Experience developing reporting and dashboards to evaluate marketing performance and provide recommendations
  • Ability to lead a team and mentor junior analysts
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% domestically
